Christian Garcia joined CinéGroupe in 1994 as a 3D artist. As Director of the 3D studio, Garcia has supervised the CGI and effects in several of CinéGroupe’s productions including Charlie Jade, Galidor: Defenders of the Outer Dimension and 11 Somerset. He was also 3D supervisor on the 3D feature film P3K: Pinocchio 3000. While constantly liaising between the director and the artistic director, Garcia oversees a talented team of animators, at the same time developing innovative new animation and visual effects techniques. Garcia also taught at one of Montréal’s leading 3D animation schools. |
